Lease Analytics specializes in auditing and conducting due diligence on commercial leases and buildings for tenants and landlords.  We utilize certified equipment, and are experts in nationally recognized measurement standards and commercial real estate practices.  Additionally we verify all of our field measurements with sophisticated proprietary software.  Our team consists of real estate professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, including architecture, property management, and real estate law professionals.  We are experts in all aspects of commercial lease auditing and due diligence.

Mr. Jonathan Pollack has had years of experience conducting due diligence and finding billing discrepancies for commercial and industrial office leasing clients. He has measured well over one million square feet of office space.  He has been formally trained in all aspects of lease auditing and recovery under the direction of Dr. Behrens.  Mr. Pollack is a graduate of the University of Maryland, where he acquired a degree in Management Science and Statistics Specialization: Decision & Information Sciences.

Robert Behrens

Robert C. Behrens, M.D., has been auditing commercial leases and recovering discrepancies since 1994.  He has successfully recovered millions of dollars for his clients.  He is an expert in all aspects commercial real estate.  Dr. Behrens, a graduate of Colgate University and New York State Medical School, practiced cardiothoracic surgery before entering the lease audit profession. Dr. Behrens maintains an active Broker Real Estate License.
